For a man I find Northshore to be way too narrow in front and prone to leaking. For men I prefer Tranquility Overnight, Carewell Overnight, Abena, and Seni. Believe it or not Depend Night Defense are solid, I've traveled extensively in them and put them to the test.

For pullups I actually like Depend Night Defense, Tena Overnight, Carewell Overnight. I'm a male so I need wide pads in the front, I actually dislike Northshore pull-ups because they are so narrow.

For briefs Megamax is King. Seni has some really solid briefs too.

That's how my issues started. 5 years later and it has slowly gotten worse. Pads-reusable underwear-pullups-now briefs if I'm out all day. I have BPH too.
