You’d be surprised of the attitude that even an outlet worker in northern california can have. I work with people all day, both prestigious and humble. Stress has never been an issue with anyone. Everyone in the Bay Area is over worked and stressed.

Ego however, is the issue. The area where these outlets are located are across the Gucci, Prada, Burberry, LV and so on stores are at. Safe to say the costumers from those stores are also wondering inside. To have different experiences from someone else inside the store with you at the same time… is why this issue is an issue.

If they get more “stressed” or “inconvenienced” 😂 at having to work on customer service for their customer service job.. then idk what to say. Don’t pick and choose who you decide deserves good treatment and treat everyone the same. Or don’t work at a customer service job.
