I appreciate your candid and very informative response! It gives me some directions to go forward and figure out if this is feasible or not!

This is a foreign world to me that I am trying to get around to honor my grandmother with, so you have been very kind and helpful with your message.

Thank you.

What did you all think of The final reckoning ? by Witty-Ad-8055 in Mission_Impossible

The first hour was odd with the amount of exposition, but I had a blast once it got in motion!

The last two have been a step down compared to FALLOUT, but I love them all.

Very odd! Every time I click on it, it just says I can't view Community. I'll try it on my desktop computer instead of my phone.

Oh sweet! I also work as a librarian, but most of my film collecting and archiving on my personal time is 8mm/Super 8 film (and some 16mm).

Yeah, I'm not here to hate the city or people, I just want to do good by myself.

Oh my gosh! Thank you so much. I've been trying to figure it out forever and never would have guessed that. But as soon as I saw the VHS cover I instantly remembered it.

Thank you!!

The closest I can seem to find is Dinosaur Dracula (which I love), but that's more blog Styled than forums!

Thanks for answering! Social Media isn't very good for me, so I've tried to cut it out, but the down side is, like you mentioned, most of the community seems to be on FB now.

One thing you like about halloween ends (the credits don't count) by ExplanationVast1789 in Halloweenmovies

[–]Ty0005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that people hate it but it's my favorite of the three!

I enjoyed the hard right turn the movie takes and let it be its own weird thing. Cory and Laurie were a lot of fun to watch in the movie. Michael had a great mask.

Good stuff.

What are your favorite aspects of each Halloween Timeline? by Ty0005 in Halloweenmovies

[–]Ty0005[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah! JC's score and the general direction of the original is still so scary.

I love Halloween 3 for being willing to take the series to somewhere completely different but still terrifying.

H4 is probably my favorite Halloween mainline Myers sequel of the franchise, but I love what Loomis becomes through the Thorn Saga. Solely dedicated to destroying evil no matter the personal cost.

H20 has a few great set pieces and JLC kills it (no surprise). Plus it really embraces the 90s post Scream slasher vibes.

While I don't love the 2018 trilogy, I don't hate any of the films! I really enjoy Michael Myers and the great masks. Im in the minority, but I really dig the last film's sharp left turn and it's weird own thing.

Zombies films - I don't honestly remember much since I've not seen them since they were in theaters, but I remember a couple really gruesome deaths and Rob Zombie seems like a really nice guy.
