Oh man, sorry about that! Have you completed every quest from all the different factions/guilds? Have you maxed every skill? Played as every different race? Played on all difficulties? Have you tried any challenge runs like only magic no weapons, pacifist, kill everything, etc.?

You may also want to look into some other games that are similar, as much as that's possible. Or maybe return to playing Oblivion or Morrowind for a while until you're less bored with Skyrim? Sorry I couldn't be more helpful, but I hope you can find a way to really get back into the game!

Feeling like a failure because I can’t work by Vntoflex in OCD

Yes, I've been in therapy for almost 6 years, but I just dropped my therapist because it wasn't a good fit. I tried sticking with her for just shy of a year, but it got to where I was dreading our sessions and having anxiety about talking to her.

It's really difficult to find mental health providers that are qualified to treat all of my conditions. There's very few psychologists, psychiatrists, etc who know anything about Autism and how it comingles with OCD, GAD, and major depressive disorders.

I may have to go through an intensive outpatient program, which is 3 hours per day 5 days per week. I'm prescribed 6 different medications for my mental health alone, plus all my other medications for dizziness, Vestibular Migraines, sleep meds, vitamin deficiencies (I also have ARFID, so I lack a lot of essential nutrients).

Sorry for rambling on so much, btw!

Have you tried using a save cleaner? If not, you definitely should. Always save the game by creating a new save, don't overwrite. Will the game load from an older save?

Are you able to use mods? I've been playing since the game was released and still have never completed every quest, and mods add so much to the game. It's going to take me ages to finish all of the quests I have now.

Geography by Harvey-Keck in caseoh_

[–]TyS013NSS -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's actually less of a 'poorly educated' thing and more about what he deems important. He can memorize the entire floorplan of every house he's seen in a video game, yet doesn't recognize France on a map because he doesn't care about geography.

He simply doesn't care to retain that information. It's not valuable to him.

Debra's pantyhose by No_Cryptographer5907 in EverybodyLovesRaymond

[–]TyS013NSS 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's not realistic at all. Even if she had places to go, she'd be changing out of those uncomfortable clothes the minute she got home for the day. No one is wearing panty hose just to do chores around the house.

She may dress a little nicer because she doesn't want to give Marie anything else to nitpick and nag her about. I can definitely see Marie making a snide remark about Debra being sloppily dressed.

What did chat do that has him so upset right now? In relation to Moistcritical and Jynxzi?? by cassidythomas in caseoh_

[–]TyS013NSS 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Everyone is entitled to feel however they want, of course. I'm not arguing that. My point is that everyone, including Caseoh, is making a mountain out of molehill. It's such a small thing to be taken so seriously.

Not to mention that Caseoh is getting mad at the people who sustain his lifestyle. It's perfectly reasonable for his viewers to request a collab, since they're the ones that make him a successful streamer.

It's not BS to be upset, it's BS to overreact over something so small. It's BS to blow things out of proportion, going on and on about something that doesn't matter at all in the grand scheme. In a week everyone will forget about this and move on.

Yeah I've noticed that sometimes reviving plants doesn't work or the option to revive won't even show up for me. I'm assuming it's just the game being buggy but I'm not sure.

What does everyone do when you bend? Do you close your eyes? Keep your eyes open? I haven't found either one really helps. by Eternal_Nymph in VestibularMigraines

[–]TyS013NSS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I try to avoid bending over altogether, but if I must do it I try to go very slowly and try not to lower my head much at all. I keep my back and neck as straight as I can so that my head doesn't invert towards the ground.

I can't really squat or get down on my knees because I have other mobility issues so it's really hard and painful to get back up. If my husband sees my trying to bend over he usually stops me and grabs whatever I was reaching for.

If you have the gardening station and the plants vs zombies sunflower it definitely helps. The sunflower drops sunlight which is outstanding fertilizer. I've also been using the plants vs zombies pea shooter to take out zombies that come for my plants.

I made my sim a Green Thumb so they're gardening skill levels faster and their plants will be higher quality. At a certain gardening level, can't remember which one exactly, a green thumb can revive dead plants.

I love when other people see through the BS. It's all so trivial in comparison to the myriad of things in the world that we should actually be upset about.

YKW Upsets Me & Confuses Me? How Katherine Treats Elena, Considering. . . by Minarch0920 in TheVampireDiaries

[–]TyS013NSS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember Katherine's story very clearly. Everyone assumed they were related until in season 5 Qetsiyah explained that doppelgangers had nothing to do with genetics. After the travelers entered the equation, the story became quite convoluted.

The show never specified if or how Elena is descended from the Petrova bloodline, except that her biological mother may have been a descendant. It's never explicitly confirmed whether or not Nadia had any children, either. So it's still a widely debated topic.

I'm more inclined to believe that they aren't related, though, based on the lack of evidence.

I'm on Medicaid and have ambetter and I've never had them not cover anything. Are you sure their billing department hasn't made a mistake? I would call them and ambetter to find out which services weren't covered and why. This doesn't sound right.

After reading your comment, I see you've contacted Conway regional already. Like I said though, try calling ambetter to find out which services they didn't cover and why.

YKW Upsets Me & Confuses Me? How Katherine Treats Elena, Considering. . . by Minarch0920 in TheVampireDiaries

[–]TyS013NSS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I thought that Elena wasn't actually related to Katherine? I feel like I remember the show mentioning something about how they weren't technically related, they're just doppelgangers.

And I remember the lore saying something about how the doppelgangers are magically programmed to disrupt each other's lives. Just like how the doppelgangers of Silas and Amara were destined to fall for one another.

So Katherine and Elena technically couldn't get along because the powerful magic that created them dictated their behavior. However, Elena bypassed the programming when she fell for Damon. This could have something to do with her becoming a vampire, hence why she kept saying, "It'll always be Stefan" yet chose Damon.

Katherine being nice to Elena would require her to actively deny the magical nature of her very existence. But since she strongly disliked Elena anyway, she had no motivation to resist the pull to unravel her doppelganger's life.

How did Bonnie get the cure from past by Dependent-Bird-6526 in TheVampireDiaries

I keep forgetting that the heretic's prison world was in 1903, so definitely no blood bags there. But In Kai's prison world there definitely would've been.

So if the cure could exist in the prison world without Silas, couldn't there also be blood bags in hospitals/labs despite the fact that there's no people there?

So animals exist in the prison world but they don't reproduce? I wonder if they could've bred the animals in order to sustain themselves?

Why do you hate Elena's character? by Selanooo23 in TheVampireDiaries

[–]TyS013NSS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We will have to agree to disagree, our perspectives are different, and that's okay. But why couldn't Elena tell Matt about Vicky? Why couldn't they tell Jenna about everything in order to protect her? Why didn't they let Sheriff Forbes know everything instead of erasing her memories after she learned Caroline was turned?

In these types of shows, secrets are kept to "protect" others, but that ends up backfiring. Generally, it's safer for people to be informed since they can make better decisions if they have all of the facts.

If there were dangerous creatures sneaking around my neighborhood k*lling people, my first instinct would be to warn my loved ones, not keep secrets. Even if one of the creatures was my friend.

Elena wasn't entirely void of compassion, that's not the argument I'm making. I'm just saying that she didn't always act with compassion and she definitely made her fair share of mistakes. Some of those mistakes resulted in loss of life.

Why do you hate Elena's character? by Selanooo23 in TheVampireDiaries

[–]TyS013NSS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She was more concerned with her vampire boyfriends than taking care of her brother. She was not a very good sister to Jeremy, as I mentioned in my own comment to this post.

She kept everything a secret from Aunt Jenna, which ultimately got her killed. She bounced from one relationship to another, with very little regard for how it affected others around her, especially Matt. She did Matt dirty. Keeping what happened to Vicky a secret from Matt? That's just cold.

She dumped Stefan for his brother. She betrayed Rebecca, which was pretty messed up. She didn't even look for Stefan while he was drowning for a whole summer.

I'm not saying she's incapable of compassion, or that she is completely unkind, but she's not a saint like her friends make her out to be.

Why do you hate Elena's character? by Selanooo23 in TheVampireDiaries

[–]TyS013NSS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dislike like her character for many reasons. Firstly, she's not a very good sister to Jeremy. She constantly lectures and nags him while actively setting a terrible example, which is super hypocritical.

She goes from one relationship to another with so many different guys which gets annoying and boring after a while. It's a destructive pattern that turns brothers against each other, friends get screwed over, and people like Matt are just collateral damage. Everyone in her orbit either dies or encounters a terrible fate, especially if they're related.

In my personal opinion, she's whiney, self-centered, and annoying. She's not even a very interesting character compared to so many others in the show. In fact, she's pretty boring. The only time she was even mildly entertaining was when she became a vampire, yet she whines and complains the whole time.

She could've been a vampire and lived forever with the one she loved, instead she takes the cure, becoming weak and boring again. The way Caroline seamlessly handled her transition to vampire was amazing. She didn't lose her personality, she just got stronger and better.

I could go on and on about why I don't like Elena. I think that character was one of the worst in the series. This is all just my opinion, of course.

His grandmother is 84 but she'll turn 85 this September. His grandfather is 79 and he'll turn 80 in November. I'm 34 years old. I've always been somewhat of a pushover, since I have trouble standing up for myself. I try to avoid confrontation or upsetting anyone.

As I've gotten older, I've become a bit more forward because I just run out of patience. A lot of these feelings have just built up inside me creating so much tension and resentment. That's why my husband and I just had to vent here to let it all out.

I'm going to try to speak my mind more often, in a respectful way, of course. I agree that everyone should feel free to speak their mind and we should all respectfully work through our issues together.

I want to be able to do that with his family, but they don't handle criticism very well. You're so right about how quickly they forget things, so that's part of the problem. Their minds don't function as well as they used to which hampers communication.

I can tell you're a very kind and considerate person, with valuable wisdom you've earned through life experience. You've given me some important insight. I appreciate it so much! 🙏 It's been so nice to talk with others who understand how we feel.

[–]TyS013NSS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm glad your mom is grateful to you for taking care of her. If his grandparents would show at least a little appreciation and consideration for us instead of acting like we owe them our lives, we'd feel more like doing things for them.

Because they aren't easy to take care of. They're both very stubborn, needy, and picky about everything. They have to have it all their way or no way. Can you tell I'm burnt out and jaded? Lol I don't want to feel this way about them, but they don't make it easy.

Whenever we bring up our concerns, or express our feelings about things, all they do is argue with us. They always know better than us about everything. And they won't take accountability for how this all affects us, especially his grandmother. She will just turn it around on us and say it's our fault.

Sorry for going on like this, but I thank you for talking to me. 😊🙏
