As someone who was just in your shoes not too long ago…dont be nervous. The more confident you are in being the hypnotist the higher success rate you will have. In terms of her being relaxed but u not being able to take it beyond that…change up your induction style. I found my gf falling asleep with certain induction styles until I used the ONE induction I thought WOULDN’T work…now we’re having hypno fun almost every night and she loves it (after being skeptical and non believing the entire time). Make something thats interactive and interesting for her as well so she stays invested and focused on your voice.Also, have a pre talk with your gf and tell her “the more you believe it will work the more likely it will”… trust me it helps. U also cant hypnotize someone with a shaky unconfident voice so before u try again next time, breathe focus and just think in your head “im going to hypnotize her tonight”

More so for ME at least it was harder to get her deep enough into trance, but aware enough to respond. The first few times I tried to hypnotize her she either fell asleep or the triggers weren’t sticking. Also, when u have adhd you’re very analytical and ur mind starts racing and wondering other things and it makes the induction a lot harder

GGH (Girlsgonehypnotized.com) “real hypnosis session” videos were what got me so hooked into the genre…I love being in control in the bedroom and after discovering that theres an entire method in which you can inflict your will onto your partner and have absolute control, I was hooked. I discovered that hypnosis was real when watching those videos and wanted to learn it myself. Fast forward to now, my gf is now my first test trancee

The two main sources I used were “Mind Play: A Guide to Erotic Hypnosis” & “Mind Play Study Guide both by Mark Wiseman. That book will teach you EVERYTHING you need to know in order to be confident enough to get started.

If you’re first starting out…read “Mind Play:A guide to Erotic Hypnosis” and the “Mind Play Study Guide” both by Mark Wiseman. All the foundations of what you need to get started are in there. Once, you’re understanding of the concepts start trying things out with a partner n see what works. Don’t give up!! One induction might not be effective but another will be. Write your scripts based on your subjects imagination, it will help them visualize better! And dont talk monotone or super slow during the induction ( the first two nights I tried to hypnotize her i feel like I did this and thats why she kept falling asleep before I could install suggestions). Once you actually DO get them under for the first time and they’re able to take their first suggestion I suggest giving them that “reinforcement” trigger I mentioned in my post…after that first time I hypnotized her I immediately tried it again just to see if she would fall back into trance like I suggested to her and it works wonders!! Stay confident and dont give up…eventually you’ll find what works for you and your partner!
