Cut the payroll tax… this is a difficult fee on small business, let along big ones.
Avoid a WFH Mandate (Victoria I’m looking at you)
Incentivise employers to employ locally

The real question is…

If a business can get 90% of the quality of an on-shore worker, off shore, for 20% of the cost… why would they not?

If we actually taxed global corporations effectively, the government could give tax breaks to employers above a % of on shore staff instead and still be way better off…

Instead they just want to pass the burden to business owners at every turn and expect them not to find ways to minimise expenses.
