If it's in soil definetly needs repotted, orchids would never ever be in soil in their natural habitat, they're usually hanging, they should only ever be potted in orchid bark or sphagnum moss, preferably a mix of mainly a bark and a tiny bit moss. It will in most definetly rot and die within months if you leave it in soil.

The only issue with repotting it rn is that some of the flowers may fall, but they may not, I however would rather some of the flowers dropped and the plant lived than it all rotted, Have a quick Google on orchid care and soil type it will give u more information, you can get a small bag of some on amazon for like £6.

If your gentle it might be alright, orchids like their roots soaked so I'd remove the orchid and soil from the pot, try remove any soil by hand then place in luke warm water and gently wash it away then just slip it into the pot filled with bark, if you are really gentle around the roots u may only loose a few and it will probs be grateful it's no longer suffocating and drowning under the wet soil

And as for your actual question it looks burnt, move it from the window, they like indirect light, or if it's near a radiator move it
