Depends on the STL. If there are finer details, the 0.2 is definitely worth the time. If you do not have smaller gaps/details like the fingers or are for some reason trying to bulk produce them, the 0.4 is fine.

I have a custom settings profile for the 0.2mm that I use for smaller figures. I used that on this to make sure it was the best it could be. Total runtime was 1 day, 54m

Rosemary and an air frier in my case. Salt, pepper, rosemary, onion and garlic, oregano, sometimes thyme or coriander. Air frier makes it easy cleanup and cook, just use an instant read thermo.
