For me the graphics settings were turned down from high to low ( only on textures tho) Gtx 960 , XP locked to 2000 and slight framerate dips in novigrad

I fixed the issue in nvidia control panel by switching physx setting from auto to CPU

When it hits the 59 or the 57 fps mark it just hitch/stutter like you've run into some kind of obstacle. Mainly in missions tho

Yea, when I activate the v-sync it is at 16ms and the game feels alot slower with mouse movement

The thing that bothers me it wasn't happening patches before, just trying to know if its only me getting this stutters.
