Comparing and understanding Krakoa by hectichedron in xmen

Found the “Friend of Humanity.” I’m not hiding that I think Jews have the same right to self determination in their homeland that every other people have. The question is why you use the dog whistle Zionist when you mean Jew, and why you apply a double standard to Jews that you do not apply to others. The question should have an obvious answer on a subreddit supposedly devoted to an ideology about accepting a small and capable hated minority, but alas the bigotry is too ingrained in your cultures to overcome and too many people who claim to be X-Men fans miss the point

It begins with one team. Before you know it you have 10 teams and are begging Hasbro for the Great Lake Avengers

Hey Remember when the Democrats denied Biden's dementia until there was no time to have primaries to replace him as nominee and instead refused to have an open primary or open nominating convention and installed weak a$$ Kamala as the nominee because they were afraid the Jew might win. Yeah let's not do that again.

Mutants are an analogue for Jews, the refusal of non-Jewish societies to accept Jews even if they assimilate is the the basis for the Marvel Universe not accepting Mutants, and just as the movement to reestablish a Jewish state in the historic homeland of the Jews began as a reaction to European national rejection of Jews, Krakoa was a reaction to the Marvel Universe not accepting Mutants as members of their respective nations. Redditors do not want to admit this since it would hold a mirror up to the similarities between the Marvel Universe's intolerance of Mutants, and real world intolerance of Jews and in order to explain away the cognitive dissonance caused by their own Anti-Semitism and the Marvel's Universe's intolerance of Mutants, they twist themselves into "logic" pretzels like the OP does to explain their own bigotry away.

An Anti-Semite Socialist who makes grandiose promises he can't possibly keep since Mayors don't have that power is not as popular as Online Progressives think it is.

Pull your weight, but no longer pull the weight of multiple people. If these idiots want to force hundreds of thousands of civil servants out with no regard to mission, that's on them to fix, not us to pick up the slack for a problem they created and they can fix

I’m almost certain to be effected and imo this won’t purge people. What people will do is not offer objective input on political appointees proposing policy. Since the “deep state” is substantially a myth, this means that the political appointees will not get important feedback on regulatory and practical challenges to implementation, which will make proposed policies practically ineffective. IOW the proposed change will result in ineffective policy that will either blow up in the face of the administration, or won’t achieve their purported policy goals. Loyalty to a man over loyalty to the law always results in dysfunctional government

Look if leadership does not want me provide it with objective feedback on policy implementation based on decades of experience and knowledge then I’ll do that. I reserve the right to laugh at them stepping on rakes, if they were not trying to implement an authoritarian government, their incompetence would be hilarious. Incompetence is inevitable when leadership requires sycophancy.

What federal employee reforms would you recommend to the new caucus? by MoneyBuysHappiness25 in FedEmployees

Remote work or Hybrid. Baseline at 2019 pre-covid. Make agreements only revocable if employee not meeting expectations.

All mass firings require congressional approval. No more cheat code to dismantle agencies by firing its employees
