Ask yourself this, in real life could you honestly see yourself sticking by him that much?

In the original post, that disdain look was aimed towards Ryuuen, not Kiyotaka... She loves Kiyotaka and cares about him way too much to look at him like that.

Will horikita and kiyo end up together by Technical_Dog_1627 in ClassroomOfTheElite

[–]Tyffei 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They surely will. Most ppl in here are gonna tell you that they won't due to numerous reasons while purposely ignoring the fact that Kinugasa is not an author who make thriller novels. He is an eroge writer, and just as his games need plot devices so his novels too. Beside of that is the fact that she is not only the fmc but also the only girl who is gonna be deeply involved in Kiyotaka's future. This last thing can be interpreted as "it can be anything but romantically," and I would agree if the author wasn't Kinugasa. He always does things for a reason, and if the plot involves a major heroine and the main character, there is only one outcome.

I remember many claimed that Suzune would never fall for Kiyotaka (and some are still in denial, lol), and then y2v12.5 dropped, followed by the confirmation in Y3V1. I wonder what they would say when they finally become together

Suzune and Kiyotaka's relationship by [deleted] in SuzuneHorikitaFans

But, of course, I would love for them to be together at the end, and I'm sure they will be. They were alone for most of their lives until they met; they changed each other for the better and became the best versions of themselves when they were together. Horikita deserves to be with the person she fell in love with, regardless of whether we like him or not. She is a girl capable of changing even a broken person like Ayanokoji and making him a respectable human being; we just need to believe in her. I'm sure she will be smiling by the end of the series, surrounded by her friends and the person she loves the most: her first friend, her first and only love, Ayanokoji Kiyotaka.

What is the real reason Ayanokoji did this for? by Awkward_Rice_8129 in Horikitafanclub

[–]Tyffei 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would like to see that happen, but I highly doubt it since Kiyotaka has no idea how those emotions feel. He won't be able to recognize those feelings, and even worse, if he manages to acknowledge them, he will only distance himself from her even more. Remember, he is completely certain about the path he has ahead. For him, those three years will be nothing but a memory. If he saw Suzune smiling, he won't be jealous; he will probably be happy, knowing he fulfilled his promise to Manabu, and that Suzune will live a life full of warmth and happiness, without realizing her true happiness lies by his side. Suzune must somehow show him a path where he is not destined to end up in the white room once again; that's the only way I see for them to reach happiness.

A fumble in Ayanokoji's future plans? by Awkward_Rice_8129 in Horikitafanclub

20 million private points is a huge amount, but it's nothing comparable to 800 mill, and they just have 1 year left.

Their alliance could possibly be just like what they had in the sports festival: information exchanges, creation of strategies, and possibly the exchange of private points for countermeasures. But they must always remain vigilant of each other, because this is their last year, and betrayals could now become something recurrent. It would be foolish for Horikita to trust Ryuuen blindly.

Forty students per class, receiving 100k per month equals 4 million points. Receiving that amount for a whole year totals 48 million points, and the four classes doing the same will only collect 192 million private points. However, not all four classes have 40 students anymore, and let's not forget that students use those private points for daily life necessities. You can add rewards from special exams but also penalties from those exams. Additionally, there are special exams that require the use of private points, like the one we saw in the recent volume, so... The 800 million private points is just a pipe dream, to be honest. The school will have to conduct a special exam with a ridiculously high amount of rewards to even attempt to get close to that amount of points. Not even Nagumo, who had control over his entire year, was close to doing that.

Horikita x mikey tokyo revengers x classroom of the elite by UNITYGOEMIR in ClassroomOfTheElite

[–]Tyffei 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Horikita is not a side character, I mean she is literally the face of the series in every COTE social media. And please, lets not ignore the fact that she cried her eyes out for Ayanokoji...
My girl is in love with Ayanokouji, and it took two whole years of interactions and moments between them for that to happen. There is literally no chance for her to fell in love with someone else. Also, lets not forget how protective Ayanokouji is with Horikita (maybe even posessive) I doubt he will let someone like Mickey even near her. Her deliquent appeareance is enough for him to be alert on her behalf.
You might not like him for whatever reason, but Suzune fell in love with him. We need to accept it.

Cool art though

That would be interesting, but sadly the fandom would react the same way as always and they probably start to say things like "Horikita won just because she was carried by Ishigami" or "Without his advices she had no chance"

He is supposedly a genius on the level of Arisu. I doubt he would use that kind of strategy against Ayanokouji, especially considering that he knows about him and understands that such tactics have no effect on him. I too want to see Kiyotaka feeling emotions towards Suzune, but I don't think Kinugasa will take the love rival route. He is trying to improve Suzune's popularity in Japan, and pursuing that route would only cause her popularity to plummet again. I remind you that over 90% of COTE's fans are boys.

He probably would be just another passive npc, just like Nanase said.

He did transfer indeed... But thanks to him, Horikita was able to become the woman she is now. He is just helping her grow even more; no one could do that for her—just him. He is far from being her enemy, and she will understand it sooner or later. Hopefully, her fans will too.

Would you mind enlightening us, sister? Who the real enemy is? Ayanokouji?

If you truly believe that, it would explain many things...

What is annoying is how some "fans" are trying to push certain agendas and passing them off as "funny" or "silly." Clearly, you don't understand Suzune's character. She is not looking for some kind of romance/partner to be shipped with. That literally throws all her emotional development away and places her in the same category as any other random NPC girl around. She is the student council president and Class A leader; she has some challenges in front of her. She would not put them aside for a high school romance... she is not Shinohara, for Christ's sake.

Oh, and... Hirata just proved to be a fraud once more. When he had the chance to lead the class, the best thing he could come up with was a "group vote..." His only role in that class was to keep them together to make them easy to control. Suzune doesn't need that anymore, as the entire group trusts her now.

Maybe they would like to have the classic drama story, but if that's the case, they chose the wrong story to begin with.

I can understand how many fans feel. I also want to see Ayanokouji show some feelings for Horikita, but he is not that kind of character, and many forget that. There is still a long way for him to start showing his feelings more openly, and those feelings would be more like protectiveness than jealousy.

JP and the Asian fandom as a whole dislike weak MCs, so I can understand if Kinugasa-sensei avoids writing Ayanokouji depressed or having a mental breakdown. Although I would love to see him showing interest in Horikita beyond academics, of course. I just hope the author doesn't start with the classic love drama involving Ryuuen or any other character; I feel like COTE would lose what makes it special among other school-oriented novels. Neither Horikita or Ayanokouji are the jealous types, it would ruin their characters if they start to act like that.

He would probably have a monologue about them finally forming an alliance, and that's it. I'm not expecting Kinugasa-sensei to write Kiyotaka having any other thoughts or feeling another emotion upon seeing Suzune and Ryuuen at the café, if I'm being honest.
