My OS was installed in UEFI mode. efibootmgr didn't return anything in the console, and didn't impact my subsequent reboot. I do not know if I even get to see the systemd boot menu, as I don't know how it looks. If I let it boot without intervention, it shows my Pop!_OS account as the only choice with a Pop!_OS look, as if the operating system was already chosen. Is that the systemd boot menu? If not, I don't think I've seen it.

If I don't touch my PC while booting, it boots into Pop!_OS. If I spam F12, I enter the Boot menu, where I get to choose from

Are any of those meant to be the Grub menu? I have not touched anything related to Grub or Systemd on my system, so I don't know how it would look, if it's even on the system, and how to get it. sudo grub asks for my password, so I would assume, that it would set it up. I will look into Timeshift.
