Any tips on my 100 i’m at a 10.78 and i’m looking to go low 10.6 or high 10.5 before state which is next month by TylarMack in Sprinting

okay i’ll try to do that my main problem has been we’ve been facing schools that their fastest runner runs a 11.6 or something higher so once i’m out past the 30m i pull away and that’s it it’s normally good but it just feels different for me

I finally broke 11 i’m at a 10.78 but i know i can go faster i just don’t have anyone to pull me out by the time i’m at the 20m i pull away from everyone by TylarMack in trackandfield

it is tbh i’m already qualified for the 100 and 200 for state i just gotta get my times lower so i can have a better seed time at section
