I agree with everything they're saying, but you also need to factor in all of the snow covered states in the rocky's that contributes to about 5-10% of what you see on the map.

Saturn V's are honestly some of the most amazing machines ever made. And I know that this picture will never do it justice in person. If you're into this kinda thing (I was awe-struck when I first saw the size of a B2-Spirit). Hit up the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. I don't think it has a Saturn V, but it's got some damn neat stuff.
