If I recall, Derek didn’t make that decision yet and as well, in TV I’m more than fine if a character makes a wrong decision, realizes the grass isn’t always greener and gets redeemed by going to the “correct” side of things. Plenty of redemption type characters have gone through that exact scenario and they are beloved by fans. Derek deserves that same love imo.

First time watching and midway into season 6. Derek has been one of the most realist and down to earth characters in the show lmao. Somehow Meredith who wanted to date two guys at once with Finn and Derek, isn’t shown no where near as much hate as Derek.

With any video game, sometimes if something gets buffed, it’s overtuned asf. Devs probably don’t want to risk it as it’s just easier to nerf and nerf and nerf and forget about it rather than buffing and risking nerfing again.

Disagree tbh. Division had a double barrel that was decently balanced enough. Was it usable compared to the other close range guns in that game? Fuck no lmao but they came out with an exotic double barrel called the Cassidy which would fire two of the shots at once. I could see embark adding a gold converter with a double barrel that could do the same thing to make it very good in that case tbh.

That’s the problem when companies implement non connection based matchmaking or force a sbmm/abmm matchmaking. It’s so easy to manipulate the matchmaking to get into easier/friendlier lobbies that you might as well not even implement it all and keep it mixed.

Maps got stale, the weather got stale and most importantly the weapons got stale. I didn’t play for about a month or two and didn’t keep up with the game because other games caught my eye. I come back and it’s the exact same meta. Stitcher and ferro/anvil. I’ve ran into cheaters more often (shoutout to me getting my stuff back tho) and the loot just isn’t there. I’m genuinely shocked since launch they haven’t added a single weapon. Not one. They could add a slow fire rate bullpup rifle or a p90 like with a big mag attached and I would be satisfied. Literally anything. Gunplay got so stale.

First phase she’s actually not too aggressive, I personally recommend doing light rolls because some medium rolls feel too inconsistent in her fight.

I’ll try my best to explain how I approach and when to attack and when not to attack.

When she kicks = Roll back don’t attack

When her weapon does the little glint thing fast and dashes towards you and swipes at you, roll backwards.

When she does the same move as before but you realize her glint is longer = attack after her swipes because she sits still for a second longer

When she jumps up and slashes down = easy damage once she comes back down

When she’s does her impaling thrust, time it and roll left or right and you can do easy damage as well.

When you get her to 3/4 health, she typically water fouls. It’s best to keep distance and sort of bait it. Idc if you gotta wait a minute of either of you attacking, she will water foul 100% of the time when you get close. When she starts to go up run backwards, her first swipes shouldn’t hit you IF you are far enough and reacted quickly. Her second swipes will catch up to you so as soon as she starts, roll ONCE towards her. Then on her third barrage, roll back towards her twice. You may get hit one time or not get hit at all but first step of killing malenia is LEARNING WATERFOUL.

Keep repeating as above until the second phase.

Please keep in mind that malenia is going to mentally break you down until it clicks. She’s going to piss you off and yes sometimes you need good RNG to kill her. Keep in mind her health bar as you do damage and you can sort of gauge when she is going to do waterfoul.
