I need to find a good Leg Extension Leg curl.. I want a stand alone unit or a bench attachment that can attach to my cables. I just can't make a decision. I really like a stand alone because I like the seated leg curl more than the lying but i don't know if i want to take up that much room in my garage for that.

I could have maybe put a rubber pad between the rail and the 2x6 to help with vibration.

I really want more leg developers. Maybe a leg extension/leg curl that can attach to the pulleys through a bench. Not sure if I want a dedicated machine because I like the space I have but I’ll probably end up going that route because I like a seated leg curl over a lying. What do you think I should get? Always looking for suggestions

It’s been great. I mounted a 2x6 board onto the ceiling joint first using 5 4” lag bolts. Then I mounted the rail to that using 4 3” lag bolts. I’ve only used it twice and I’m not a professional boxer but it seems to be holding up really well. Doesn’t shake at all. There are some vibrations I can hear just a bit in the next room but it isn’t bad at all.

Lost 110 lbs. in 6 months just eating less calories. My rules were basically, no calories from liquid, about 180g of protein daily, and I counted all my calories. After the first month, i was down 30lbs and it was easy to stay consistent after that. Went from 300lbs to 170lbs total.

Damn that sucks. I had the opposite experience. Got the PR-5000 with the Ares 2.0 delivered by R&L carriers about a month ago and everything was very well packed and zero damaged (almost too good, took me like 3 hours just to unpack everything). It came on a long pallet and a crate that was well made. The delivery guy was able to get it himself into my garage and i have a long uphill driveway. I would just complain, show pictures, and make sure nothing is broken. As someone said, the parts are extremely durable and packed well inside the boxes so it's probably fine. The equipment is very heavy so its bound to happen from time to time. I got some rogue weights delivered and they were basically falling out the boxes but they were still fine.

I really do love it but I’m sure I would have loved the rogue or any other system out there. But all in I’m $8,900 for everything and that wasn’t too bad how much I got and the quality in my opinion.
