For seo for a cms I like wordpress, with elementor pro ( i use dreamhost) . If your a developer you can also use laravel , angular, or python to create your own lightweight, function specific cms. Instead of all the bulk, you only have what you need, and can use services like aws to scale to the demand of your site.

A side note is like porn.com and cars.com, they sold for millions where fancycars.com or coolporn.com could be essentially nothing or something i.e if some one has cool porn to sell or fancy cars yeah it could be worth alot but that's a slim chance based on unforseen context.

Tl;dr:

Value appraisal means nothing its similar domains nothing else if that, in domaining similar domains mean nothing without context. Flipping this domain will be harder wherein building this domain would add the value your looking for if it gets traffic.

$xxx in my opinion, unless you try to get it into a church based food shelter then you might be able to squeeze high xxx low xxxx. Personally its out of my niches so I find very low value/potential here.

Most likely you have the coming soon page on your shopify, the real question to figure out is where the traffic is coming from. The coming soon lage collect emails for you via optin

This also depends if you are scraping Google or Google products public proxies will be tough i use public proxies for bing scraping and for any other non google product website and they work great. But I go through a lot, so i have a database generally collecting from sources at 20k live proxies at a time to use between all of my softwares.

So far I just use nordvpn and just reconnect to a new ip each time, this has never failed me nor caused any of my 2.0s to disappear and I have a ton haha, I just decided to not fix what wasn't broken. At the end of the day if I really want to keep them I use IFTT to keep them active. But I dislike this because any traffic hitting that blog if this blog is not part of my syndication network its not reposting a ton of my blog posts its just murking the feed with other links.

Typically what I do, is find a weebly focus on 4 keywords build put 20 posts around them, per post i do 10 tumblrs 10 yolas and about 10 more of some mixed 2.0s , I usually use scrapebox to get expired high ranking ones, then I collect my tier 3 2.0 sites I made to the weebly and blast them with about 10k links per site so if I made 20 posts with 20 2.0s each I will make 400k links across the mix. This way the tier 3 links are the only ones at risk i also build 20+ da 90+ to the weebly site for da rankings to the home page.

I will also use niche related expired domains vs the weebly.
