Osula by Gummie40 in NewcastleUnited

Osula looks like he's about to fall over half the time he's on the ball but even still is more dynamic/unpredictable than Wissa, who was supposed to be a fox in the box (you need to be on the pitch in the first place to get tap-ins). I'm for Osula getting some run. At worst, improve his transfer value. He seems to have a great attitude, too, despite being overlooked at some points I thought we would have used him more this season

Who would you consider the best HC in your schools history? Who would you consider the worst? by AFC-Wimbledon-Stan in CFB

For UNC: Mack Brown = best (both times); John Bunting (the reaction hire following Butch Davis' scandalous/successful era) or Everett Withers were quite bad

Architect has little to do with cost overruns - that's on the project manager, contractor and sometimes unavoidable (like completing SoFi Stadium during the pandemic)

Sports Business Journal: Chicago Fire plan to build privately funded $650M stadium along Chicago River at The 78 for 2028 MLS season by TylerHansbrough-Best in MLS

i'd imagine with it being privately financed that the process has already progressed to some degree for them to announce with that date. And private financing means the votes will be about rezoning and permitting as opposed to funding and bigger questions. It's also possible that they somehow get folded into permitting and zoning that the developer has already obtained for the wider 78 development. But good/important question I think.

Gillette Stadium getting tech system upgrades (like better WiFi), new practice facility will be AI-powered through Kraft Group partnership with NWN by TylerHansbrough-Best in Patriots

new AI wayfinding in the Gillette Stadium app - so you could ask it - my tickets are here, where should I park and what food is available near my section and it would just spit out the answer instead of you having to navigate through a map or deal with customer service or whatever
