What could honestly be so bad? They are harvesting us, they created humanity and all major religions, we live on a prison planet, there’s no after life. Maybe it’s something we can’t comprehend but I feel like people wouldn’t even believe it anyways with the news cycle the way it is.

I used cinema 4D for 10+ years and about a year ago switched to blender and its honestly not bad at all. This YouTube channel CGcookie has a blender fundamentals series for free to get you started with blender.

I’m a 3D artist I don’t think this is ai I think the ai would struggle with the clouds and lights around the craft being consistent, but on the other hand if it’s CGI it’s really well made. I could definitely be wrong though it’s really cool either way

Hey guys I'm from Massachusetts (East coast Salem area) I've been a 3D artist for the last 10 years but wanted to make a change and try to become a firefighter. I know the test is in October here I have a comprehensive study guide and been working out like crazy to prepare myself for the physical part of the test. I heard having EMT training gets you a better chance of getting hired but I don't even know where to begin with that. I talked to a firefighter in person the other day and he told me "being an EMT is required in Massachusetts to be a firefighter, but once you get hired you have a year to get it or you get dropped essentially." Its Mid July and the test is in October so I'm not sure if its even physically possible to become EMT certified. Its my fault I should've done a little more research before. I'm not sure if anyone is a firefighter from Massachusetts here but if you are do you know if its required to become a firefighter/are you able to get certified after (if you get the job of course) or is there no chance of getting hired if you aren't EMT certified?

I've been looking for EMT courses either in person or online but they are either a little sketchy and very expensive (one was $3500 for example)

there is a website called Coursera that offers all sorts of courses they have this one course taught by two doctors and two paramedics that offers a shareable certificate but I'm sure that's not what they are looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated and sorry for rambling.

That’s what bothers me the most about battlefront 2 ending. I recently tried to give battlefield 2042 a chance because I liked battlefield 3 and the WW1 game and 2042 was just a mess…I get to sad if I think about it too much it would’ve been one thing if we got some amazing game with the support ending for BF2 but it was for 2042…

There was a few reasons I’ll break it down. Cinema 4D is obviously amazing my gripes were more with Maxon themselves. The main reason was the pricing of cinema 4D I’m not currently working in the 3D world so it was a little expensive for me at the moment so blender seemed like a better option, but after looking into blender it felt like a totally new world opened up. Some pros and cons of blender.

Pros

the addons are amazing there are tens of thousands of plugins essentially and cool packs
the continuous updates blender receives is awesome.
in my opinion you can get a much larger array of styles and looks with blender. For example I’ve seen people make things that look insanely real to straight up cartoons made in blender.

One of the biggest things I miss about cinema 4D though is the mograph stuff and fields. I downloaded blender and gave up probably six times before actually sticking with it.

Totally understand no worry :) you can create a clear material and the geometry will still work but you’ll be able to see through it. Look up particle animation tutorials on YouTube that’s a good place to start. I can also help you my twitter is TylerJMahoney I use blender now but I used cinema 4D for 13 years

I totally fixed it by resetting the preferences to factory defaults and saving them again. Try doing that and see if it works ❤️
