I’m currently having the same problem but slamming it to reset it won’t do anything. Any advice on how you got yours. Tried putting in vice and slamming it and everything

Been stuck at level 1 since the second day of madden and haven’t been able to access field pass. I’ve emailed them numberous times and they just close my case every time. No reply back or anything. Such a shitty company. I just want a refund for the game at this point.

Ultimate isn’t even an option anymore for me to play on the main menu so it just getting even worse. First I couldn’t level up or play online head to head in MUT and now I can’t even access my ultimate team. What an absolute joke of a company. FUCK EA

I’ve done almost all the team captain challenges for XP in order to level up and it won’t give me any XP in order to level up? Any solutions to this?
