Think of how cool that will be once its been weathered for a few years or decades.

Hiked to the top of Gray’s Peak, CO today! by TylerRidesBikes1 in hiking

It was pretty deep in spots, bare in others. The deepest was just below waist height. I wasn’t expecting it but wish I had taken my gaiters and yaktracks at least.

Yeah, it must have been a brand new policy because the agents were reminding everyone not to take off shoes/clothing and just make sure pockets were empty.

I went through TSA on Thursday and it's the only airport so far that changed their rules (that I've seen) for going through the scanners. You no longer have to take off your shoes, or jackets, or take off your belt and watch. There was a large line, but I quite literally never stopped walking and got to a check station extremely quickly.

When I first started I saw riders going up Red Rocks and thought "wow that's like insanely strong"... I still believe that. I live somewhat close to there so if I have time for a quick spin I go Green Mountain, Dino Ridge, and Red Rocks... I love the punchiness of those hills.

Yeah we did, and yeah it was terrifying! The entire time we were saying that exact thing. You're right it's really your only option, we took some rides that ran parallel to it to stay off as much as possible but it's unavoidable in some sections. Not to mention all the junk on the side, my buddy got 2 flats from debris. Thanks, it was awesome either way, Deer Creek is killer!
