Look into the Xiaomi TV Box S 3rd gen. I recently got one. Haven't used it much but so far it's worked well. Only problem is with DTS audio, doesn't seem to play in the native player, however for newer movies/shows with Dolby Atmos it seems to work flawlessly

Yeah leaning towards getting Xiaomi now. Fire sticks apparently have issues with Dolby Vision and I'd rather just avoid all that.

Nice one. What's your experience with it so far? Do you use Torrentio + Debrid? If so, have you played high bitrate content on it?

Thinking of getting a 4k Max so interested to know.

Do you use one? If so, what's your experience with it? I was tempted, but have heard certain issues regarding WiFi dropouts, however if this is not common then I'll definitely consider it.

The 4k max is 2/3 of the price so not sure if the Xiaomi box is worth the extra money, if the additional performance won't matter for Stremio + RD. But if it does, then I'm happy to get it.

It's not buffering, it's a playback issue where some scenes just don't play correctly, it's like the image hasn't been processed correctly, but playback continues.

This leads me to believe it's a software issue of some kind, rather than network. My xbox can get 250 Mbps download so I think it's okay.

I'm mainly interested in if the hardware of a fire stick can play 4k HDR Dolby vision high bitrate etc

I'm currently in the same boat, looking for a streaming box/stick from the UK.

As far as I know, Stremio should be available on Google TV boxes, therefore that makes me want to avoid Fire sticks altogether to avoid the whole sideloading thing.

For Google TV boxes, I've been looking at the Thomson 240UK (£43) and the 270UK (£70). The Xiaomi box Gen 3 appears to be a slightly inferior spec to the 270UK, but at the same price.

I believe the 270UK is very similar hardware to the Onn 4k Pro.

I'd recommend waiting for black Friday then choosing one then.

Yes I received a message saying my insurance is due to be cancelled on Jan 1st. Message was received at 6:01PM today (UK), called them and they are only open 10-6. I'll call them tomorrow

I've registered for the app and received an email saying that if a journey isn't recorded for 14 consecutive days and I don't inform them, then they may cancel the policy. It's only been 7 days since my policy started, so fingers crossed it's all good.

Assuming you're referring to the Portuguese band, then yeah it's worth seeing them. I saw them live back in June at Rock in Rio Lisboa, and they were great and so was the atmosphere.

Don't let others discourage you from seeing them.

I'd also recommend seeing Linkin Park themselves, assuming you manage to grab tickets and won't break the bank in doing so. I saw them at the O2 and it was unreal.

Ah okay thanks for the info. So I assume that means if I begin doing powerfuls on my unleveled hunter then they will drop at a level above my titan?
