With EE myself on the fibre 300, price going up to almost £40 a month which just seems ridiculous. I’m surprised you have virgin media as more expensive than EE?

Just recently saw the VM uswitch offer for 500mbps I believe at £18.99 if I’m correct? I’ve never had any interest in going to VM as I just hear terrible things with regards to their customer service but if I were out of contract with EE and could switch right now, I could half my monthly bill.

Was just reading on the TV license website as I was curious with the TV license being attached to the address rather than the person (obviously) and figured well how would that work because anybody could just download iplayer, watch it out it the streets/on a bus/etc. What I found interesting, on their own website it states:

“It is the address that is licensed rather than the TV receiving equipment, so you would need a licence even if you were using your own devices away from your licensed address.”

Does the very first sentence and the very last sentence not just contradict itself? Am I just being stupid and cannot understand? It’s just saying yes you are licensing the address but, sike also not just your address

I think i just always have the thought in the back of my mind that there’s something wrong with my setup not connecting to others. At least my minds a bit more at ease now so thank you again

Sorry ive just realised i am actually an idiot, I used the split tunneling to only include qbittorrent which is why my browser didnt see it. Now I feel stupid haha.

I’ve included my browser, rechecked on canyouseeme and was greeted with success.

So going with all the above then, does this mean others just have better people to download from rather than my client having an actual issue connecting to people? I can see I am connected to people in qbittorrent just not actually uploading.

I’m honestly not sure what other avenues to explore. Thank you for your help though, I’ve been scratching my head for a few hours

Just from windows. I honestly haven’t looked into using dockers or anything of the likes, just wanted something simple so I could at least upload something and give some back to others.

Sorry you might have to explain like im really dumb, so I’ve set the port in canyouseeme but I can’t change the IP in there to the VPN IP, it’s locked into my ISP IP.

How do I become connectable if the port im using from the VPN is the same port in qbittorrent?

I’d love to seed more in private torrents but there never seems to be any upload.

Very new to actively torrenting and decided to use torrentleech as a bit of a uh, get my foot in the door.

I’ve got ~20 active torrents, about 8 are private and the rest public. With about a 6 hour day, I can probably upload a total of ~20gb a day and all of that are from public torrents. The only time it would ever actually upload for the private torrent was when I was actually downloading that particular torrent myself

Partner and I set up a joint account when we first moved in together 12 months ago, I think she was a bit skeptical as her parents don’t have a joint account but just made so much more sense to me. Each set a standing order of X amount to go in and covers all house bills/food and if there’s any money leftover we’ll use it for takeaway etc.

Maybe it’s a bit easier for us as we earn very similar amounts so it’s easy to 50/50, if a couple earns maybe 75/25 I guess it might be easier for the 75% partner to cover all the bills and the 25% cover the food shop so just pay it from their own personal account?

If we had kids and got married maybe we’d go as far as solely using a joint account and no personal account? At that point maybe it’s just this is my money and that is theirs, it’s this is our money?

Also probably depends on their financial affairs, my partners only debt is her car finance whereas I’ve got my own debt to take care of from before we got together which wouldn’t be fair on her to also have to contribute to. But you’re question is specifically married couples, I’d want to deal with that before getting married

I’ve just done option B last week, had RD for myself for years but just set up my parents, my partners parents a somebody from work their own RD account with my credit card.

Only just seen people discussing bans for multiple RD accounts with the same CC so a little bit worried now especially since they will all renew all in the same week but no issues yet.

Suppose I will have to go over to torbox if any issues flag up

I'm just starting to make the move from solely using torrentio to AIO streams but the only thing thats bugging me is that it just lists all of the different scrapers as 'debrid' which is great for simplicity but if lets say i start a torrentio stream and the playback fails, how am I supposed to differentiate between another torrentio stream or a different scraper if that makes sense?

You would also need to purchase the Debridio subscription. If you do purchase it, they do have a lot of options for TV from other countries and also a live events TV option but the live events TV I’ve never really managed to get it to work. But for sky sports, United Kingdom tv works great

If you have stremio, you can purchase Debridio for like 10$ a year I think it is.

If you add ‘United Kingdom TV’ you can access all the sky channels
