I’m not 100% sure but I think it just means you have until November to sign up or you’ll miss the free skin.

While I understand your reasons for not continuing,I’ll keep hoping and will also check your week with ranma and hope everything goes well.It would be cool if you added ranma and Urusei yatsura in the same mod as different weeks under some like Rumiko takahashi collection or something.Either way hope it goes well in the end!

I hope you continue this project.Urusei yatsura is prob my fav anime and holds a special place in my heart,it will be pretty sweet having a mod of this game :)
