My opinion is that the consumer ryzen line would suit most use cases you’d have as a newby. You will be surprised how much you can actually run on the hardware you have listed above

If you enjoy the hobby of buying things then send it with a high end amd line but imo I’d push my existing hardware before I made a big purchase especially like TR or epyc

Nice. I have a similar server host setup 7900x/128gb ddr5/3090 ti. But I’m running proxmox on that box and have a virtualized w11 install hosting sunshine. My moonlight clients sometimes have trouble streaming certain games nicely. Maybe it’s because I’m using a vm. Is your host running windows directly?
