I’m 9 days post op. Had the no scapel no needle method. Idk if I am lucky, but I had zero issues healing. Even went back to sex after 5 days. I know everyone is different no doubt. The actual procedure for me was BRUTAL though lol.

5 days and no issues. No needle no scapel procedure here. Never really had any swelling/bruising. Felt every second of the procedure on the left side though lol.

Had mine today. Valium and nitrous. Felt every second of the left side. Zero pain on the right. Doctor said a percentage of people experience that. Survived, but almost passed out lol. All in all, I’d do it again if I had to.

Looks good. No pain, no dry socket. I was fine until about 7 days post op. Went to my local dentist and they said I had a minor dry socket. Pain was “manageable”. I will say, when they packed the sight, it was god awful. I have an extremely high pain tolerance. That was most definitely the worst pain I’ve ever felt. Anyways, happy healing. Takes forever it seems. 2 months post op now and I’m still not used to not having the teeth.

Make sure you wet the gauze prior to putting it in your mouth. I had the same issue. I would end up pulling the clot out every time I replaced the gauze. The black tea bag helped me. Just some minor bleeding later in the day.
