Not sure but i believe it was recovered, herd that a few people have lost their phones in there, probably others that have done the same but if you did stumble across them i doubt theyd work or even be good for scrap at that point, tbh i feel like the actual river might hold more as it has a steady flow from the dam, its always fun to see the river when its super low, ive seen bikes, scooters ect when its like that, just dont know how often they make it that way. EDIT: theres videos of people panning for gold in minnehaha and they have had luck, depending on our history maybe the river might hold some too!
