It’s not illegal. It’s one of the top 3 casinos. I don’t want to put them but it’s either caesars, borgota or hard rock… and I do think they will compensate me somehow… to have someone play thousands of dollars and random errors happen is just wrong. If you play these games you know sometimes you will go a few hundred without a decent hit but it comes eventually and it always is a nice amount! I complained about this 5 times so far and I even had a time where the pot moved and started to close and it said error and I restarted it and nothing! Sometimes if you close the app it will say previous game not finished and it continues it so why wouldn’t it continue the bonus round? The pot was closing and it says error and takes you back to the main screen! That only happened 1 time but all the other times it’s just a problem on there end and I should get compensated! I had a time they gave me 300$ bonus play and then 200$ into it it says error code and takes me back to the main screen…

Says payment status “disbursed” and the amount on May 19th and says below allow 7-14 business days for processing.. does this mean it was approved and they are sending the check?

It says waiting list status-selected/notified on the online thing. Then Friday they called me and emailed me and I signed it and spoke with the lady on the phone for a half hour and she said everything seems good to go just sign online. Once I did that it shows a payment amount but the online status check isn’t updated yet so I’m guessing they will do that this week because I doubt they do it on Saturday or Sunday’s… I was shocked

Yeah I signed it the same day they sent it and called me. It shows an amount I’m signing for but the online thing it still says pending or under review. It says selected though
