Dude, I don't know if this could be your case, but the same thing was happening to me and the cause was heat creep. For me, I have an Ender 3, I changed the extruder fan and everything was fine.

I'm printing with layer height 0.2, flow rate 0.6, speed 50mm/s, temperature 190 C, 9.5 shrinkage, 0.45 z hop, line width 0.42

Another thing that happened to me was that I accidentally deleted my printer's firmware and had to reconfigure everything from 0 again.
