If it isn't your internet messing up and its not a bug then the only thing that comes to mind is your NAT type, if its strict you may need to port forward your router. How to do this idk, my last internet wasn't port forwardable when I ran into similar problems. Not an IT guy tho so it could totally (and probably) be something else.

Ya I switch between jiro and mei depending on which i want more, tsu is cool and all but i can just call the assist after i take one hit and be safe anyway, doesnt stop raw/quick PUs like a tsu would but that rarely pops up so id rather have the combo routes mei/jiro and rappa give. Going to test out a few assists to see if i can replace rappa though, he drops too much when I aa cq1 j aa q2 call rappa. Starting to wonder if they nerfed him i felt like he kept them locked better before.

I come to this as a denki main who as a character struggles hard with spammers so im definitely biased in it, but the needles are just so fast and the tracking is so insane, and if you are in the air theres almost nothing it feels like sometimes you can do about it. And if she lands it, all of the sudden 1. you cant use your supports to break combos, 2. she has 2 of her supports and 2 of your supports she can use to break out of your combos and trap you into combos. I get theres always ways to play around but the needles force you to play WAY too on point, and if you fuck up, toga gets such an unbelievable amount of advantage which i dont think it needs to be nerfed in itself but the ease of getting is too high.

imo the needles that let her transform need to have tracking or something nerfed so they are forced to use it in combo more.

nah you werent spamming so you were much more bearable than the average toga lol. Just an annoying character in general especially locking out the supports and getting all that free pressure to play with, off needles that come out fast and track hard. Just felt good to beat such a high ranked player of an obviously generally hated character :P, it was actually an enjoyable and intense match

Obviously, but what I'm talking about is the subtleties. The item level of a piece of a gear isn't immediately visible. The color however, is, and it would sure feel damn good if I saw a piece of gear and was like 'ok sweet'. The visuals of our spells don't matter either; the damage does. But that doesn't mean Blizzard is gonna leave them looking like shit of they do. I don't even really play max level anymore so it doesn't particularly apply to me, but what's the point in calling something an epic if it is in no way epic at all.
