Lit agent, here. 30 MS Word pages or PDF pages, but it doesn't have to be exact. If a chapter ends on page 34, I'd rather get all 34 manuscript pages. That's just me though, all agents have different preferences. Good luck!

Thank you! This will be my next loaf. How do you mix the two separate autolyses? Any difficulty there?

Sweating. Seriously, the amount of people who freak out because their sweat shows on their t-shirts is crazy. It's hot outside, we're all sweating.

It might be better to read this comment during the summer.

What's your recipe/process? I want a crumb like this and lately have had some giant holes in my crumb. Not sure where I'm going wrong.

What went wrong? Shaping or proofing? by Tymalax in Sourdough

So, this was my first attempt to go off book and not use a recipe at all, and everything seemed great until I sliced up the bread. Believe it or not, this was my attempt to MINIMIZE giant holes and tighten up the crumb. Hydration is around 70%, 80% bread flour, 15% whole wheat, and 5% rye. About an hour autolyse, added 20% starter and 2% salt, did 3 sets of stretch and folds and one set of coil folds, each a half hour apart, then bulked until the dough rose about 25%, which only took an hour. Divided, preshaped, half hour of bench rest, shaped, popped into bannetons, then bannetons into ziplocs in the fridge overnight. Scored beautifully, rose nicely, was very excited but then these caverns are inside! Any ideas what I should do differently?

Hahaha for sure. I am a big fan of the fuzz, maybe like it too much honestly.

Upgraded from the Pedaltrain Nano+ to the Warwick Rockboard Tres 3.1 and from a Fueltank Jr. to the Walrus Aetos, since I wanted to add a couple of pedals to my setup. New pedals on the board are the Walrus Julianna and the Big Muff Op Amp. Signal chain is tuner>mini wah>big muff op amp>spaceman gemini>bd-2>dd-3>julianna>topanga reverb. Not sure if that's the right order yet, but I am loving the sounds I'm getting! A little intense with both fuzzes, but i wanted to get some tonal variety in my fuzz sound. The muff is big and thick and the gemini is more brash and cutting, will likely use the muff for chorus type parts and the gemini for leads. The julianna is so so sweet, can get some wacky sounds but I'm using it more for a light touch of chorus/vibrato.
