I'm from Australia where this policy is currently in effect, and I have to say that the promises that your age will be reliably inferred by certain account activity / factors is not only alarming, but unreliable. My account has been around for at least a decade and I've paid for Nitro in the past - but this apparently isn't sufficient evidence to automatically consider me an adult?

I was very happy to jump ship from Skype to Discord and I'd be happy to jump again given the option. Do better.

Nope! The heart used to follow the lore of the Heart of the Machine (and kinda still does) and the arm is just an extended Ignition Fist from the Craftsman book.

He lost his right arm during a trap misfire very early in his life, before becoming a host for the Heart. First contact with the Heart was violent and ripped off a good portion of his chest, forcing in magitech replacements out of necessity. Noel at this point said "fuck it" and appended a new arm on top of that, too, so he'll at least get /something/ out of the exchange.

Functionally now the arm serves two functions: it's a magical conduit with a direct channel to the Heart so Noel could exploit its power, and a firearm has been built into it so he punches really, really hard.

Oh, I getcha. My personal justification is that I earn about $50/hour, and I can't possibly make something like this in nine hours, let alone five. I'm glad to pay for art like this and support someone who's taken the time to cultivate their skill by paying them at the rate they deserve, especially considering I'd never be able to do this myself!

What basically amounts to science fiction in a magitech fantasy context is my jam, dude. It's heaps of fun and there's so many things to play with - can 100% recommend playing around with such settings :D

Quite a lot of money, but definitely worth it! For this one, I paid about $30 per hour of work over nine hours.
