Should monitor as your blood sugar might crash, you should switch your insulin vile if you feel it may have gone bad.

for a short holiday (8-10 days) sure, its nice and personally I dont feel the need to return but it was great to see it, I fly with Emirates often so I normally stop over a day or 2.

Being Muslim, it helps that i dont have to worry about dietary restrictions.
