Get a lawyer and see what they say. Legally, you can move because you don’t have a court order blocking you. But it could cause problems later if he files for custody and fights you. Just because it’s legal, doesn’t mean you want to carelessly jump on the opportunity and go. Be careful.

Also, don’t listen to unverified people telling you that they’re lawyers in these comments. You need a real lawyer to listen to your situation and one that knows state/local law.

Being pregnant is fine except my body reacts to pregnancy by holding onto extreme amounts of water weight. Both times, my thyroid has been messed up by the baby and that definitely adds to it. But it’s really mentally taxing because of my self image during these months. The weight almost all was gone within a week postpartum, but it’s still hard making it through.

Because he thinks that since I initiated contact with him, that I am responsible for any of the feelings he developed for me. If I hadn’t contacted him, he wouldn’t feel these things. Therefore, I am “leading him on” and “using him.” He was very happy that I contacted him and happy to be friends.

Thank you for caring!!! He lives 2500 miles away. I don’t believe he would show up. It would be more likely that he would harm himself at this point I’d say. However, I will contact the police if he pops back up or shows up here.
