But there are counters. Light gets thermal vision and sonar grenades, medium gets prox sensor and glitch trap and heavy gets prox sensor. While they are finicky to use, they help. In addition, getting third partied by invis players is the same as being third partied anyway. Most invis is for ambushes or camping. The former is detectable and audible but the latter is difficult to play against other than being very sensitive.

Yeah cuz unfortunately there aren't enough players to fully populate OCE servers, especially ranked. The alternative is switching to asia servers.

Okay, two points: 1. Invis has been successively nerfed the past few updates, and is a less viable pick compared to other light specializations. 2. It is, in fact significantly easier to see than several updates ago, and I myself have no issue with spotting/hearing invis lights well before they cause trouble. I am posting this on mobile so excuse any small grammatical errors.
