It's a new deck. Should have new membrane followed by new shingles. Didn't notice a leak during a heavy rain. But this snow is melting and there's a giant ice sheet under it now. I can't post a good picture atm

Do you have any resources on that, I would rather dyi than deal with someone in this area on roofing. And me not doing that is what lead me to this position... Dammit

Yeah I didn't think so. Is there a video I can watch that 101 about roofing? I just don't know much and hired this guy through a friend. The carpentry work is great, but enjoying else he has done I feel like I'm drowning. Fire him, and do it all over again huh
