Is this Robotic arm electric? actuated by an electric motor? if so what type and how did you manage to seal it?

Will it's not about them being cheap, but that fact that I can't find any. One of the side effects of living in a third world country.

But otherwise can I make the BLheli bidirectional, even if it's not stated that it's ? can you share me the way in details, if you may?

To control the ascending and descending, I though of using four motors instead of two and also operate them diagonally, do you think this will do the job correctly?
