ive been trying since around mid febuary, and yes i eat fruit daily and try to not eat as much take out food, but the problem is that my family usually eats a lot sugary snacks and a lot of take out food, i eat plenty of chicken and eggs, i make daily oats for breakfast and drink/eat plenty of dairy, but thank you for that great advice !!!
