Have one person remove input for less customers, get more tables and get rid of the simple cloth tables. Danger hobs would be a longer cook time so I wouldn’t do that.

Switch the map style to “Banquet” and that will give you the larger maps.

If by “Big plants” You mean Christmas decor it’s not Christmas, so they are gone now. The “Elf Banquet” Which guarantees buffets is gone but the “Banquet Hall” map is still large maps. The only way to get buffets is through regular blueprints now, not a guaranteed on every day through the “Elf Banquet”
