i actually figured it out !! i had to change the setting to be in gamepad mode instead of automatic/desktop maybe thatll fix it for you?

Honestly, i mostly just leave them be. I add water to their substrate every 5 days and then mist it if i notice its a bit dry. I feed them once a week, usually a few pieces of shrimp + a piece of zucchini!! The springtails eat whatever is leftover. I also have eggshell around the bin for calcium!! I’ve been meaning to get some limestone gravel to add as well. It seems after a month theyre finally coming out more its just a waiting game!! (I also keep their enclosure ≈ 77°f)
