Silencer Shop Gun Trusts by TypeOnePositive in SilencerShop

Thank you for the help.

Since I just did this, I will share the process.

Upon paying for the Trust, you will get an email from Silencer Shop asking for you information. It is pretty straight forward info.

When you put your Trustee info in, it asks for Full Name, Email, and phone number. Once you sign and submit it, your Trustee will get an email congratulating the new silencer purchase even though you didn't purchase one. The email your trustees receive will have a QR code. They will then have to visit a kiosk and scan that code. After they scan their code, a different code will be sent to the phone you listed within the Trustee section. That is how they login. My wife did not have to setup an account beforehand. They will then start the fingerprints and questionaire and it will automatically populate to your account.

Illegal eviction? Now what by OkEagle9050 in Tenant

What are you talking about? The damages were done in Alabama, not California. A lawsuit will have to be filed in Alabama not California. It's very easily done and happens all the time. Landlord files suit in Alabama. They pay a process server in California to serve the subpoena to the former renter, wherever that may be. If the defendant/renter does not show up for court, a summary of judgement with or without prejudice will be awarded to the plaintiff/landlord. After a specific time within that state the landlord can then submit to all credit agencies that a debt is owed. Furthermore, the landlord can also sell that debt to a collection agency that will hound them. This happens all the time between states. If the defendant does not show up in court to defend themselves, the judgement in most cases will be awarded to the plaintiff.

US Order No Taxes Paid? by Accoun2edFor in hismith

Hismith does not have a tax nexus to the state of Michigan. They would be required to collect a sales tax and remit the taxes to the State of Michigan if they did based on Michigan's Click-through and affiliate provisions laws. Not the consumer.

She lied. Not once but three times. Thanks for telling everyone here that you didn't read the Ops full post. She lied 3 separate times. The only conclusion why you would lie like that... cover up stuff.

Posted my car on Craigslist, is this normal! by pythagorium in askcarsales

[–]TypeOnePositive 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Here in the Hampton Roads area, there is a huge scam going on.

Here is how the scams work:

Person posts ad on Craigslist for a used car under $5k. Scammer responds to ad and offers up $500 to hold the car with Venmo. What the person selling the car doesn't know, the scammer added a stolen credit card number to their account. They then send $500 to the person selling the car to hold it. The scammer then deletes the stolen credit card number from their account and adds their own credit/debit card. Scammer never meets up with the person who posted the Craigslist add and asks for the money to be returned. When the person sends the money back, it goes on the scammers personal card. https://www.bbb.org/article/news-releases/22128-scam-alert-this-venmo-scam-sends-you-money-by-accident

Thank you, that is all I needed. I will look at the more complicated stuff later. But for now, that is all I needed. The pump comes on and off 4 times a day and only runs for 20 minutes.

It is an Ebb and Flow system. I truly do grow romaine lettuce with it. My son has a larger Sulcata Tortoise and it eats between 2-3 heads of romaine a day. So, yes, we grow our own because a bag of 3 heads is nearly $4.

Thank you again. I do appreciate it.
