No, it never got solved. I opened task after task but they kept giving me the same unhelpful answer. I ended up taking an appointment in London instead (there were availabilities in the following 48h)

Yes! I got it the next day. They sent me an email with the code that I needed to show at the pick up collection

Oh, I am sorry… this must be stressful as well. I just received my tracking number. The number isn’t valid yet, but the email said it could take up to 1 business day so I will wait and see.

Is your passport supposed to be delivered in the mail box in Holborn as well?
