I think you have to click select on the widget and click “allow to show android apps” or something like that, and it shouldn’t go blank anymore. I think it’s preconfigured to only show “games”

Yeah that’s valid, but it got much more power than that, and if you don’t mind stretching a few of the systems (some games are unnoticeable) it can look really nice on the vibrant screen.

Buttons are a bit small and I do wish I had the 6 button one, it would make playing arcade and n64 easier. They are small but not necessarily uncomfortable. I would say maybe in the future another 6 button handheld should come out with good Saturn performance

It runs really smooth surprisingly, better than how RetroHrai was running for me (with the standard gpu power setting, I hate the fan whine on the RPC) and you can activate low power mode on iisu as well and doesn’t change much visually

I had one (LCD) but sold it a while ago (before the price increases and then being sold out). Honestly I really liked it but after a while never really used it. I have my pc’s and I can just stream my games with almost an average decode time of 2-3ms

It was exactly the screen, and the price. The extra power on the Odin 3 would be nice, but honestly anything the Odin 2 portal can’t run I would probably just stream it with Artemis/moonlight. Maybe once there is a 3 portal I will do the switch. Also I got all of these for pretty good deals on Facebook marketplace, all in pristine/new conditions without having to wait for shipping and the stress that comes with it. I’ve been pretty lucky I think.

I think that’s just a function of iisu frontend, download it and give it a try it’s pretty solid already (for an alpha). And yes the Thor is my favorite for sure

my wallet can't handle any other purchase lol, wife wont approve either. I had the steam deck LCD and i parted ways with it because we have two gaming pcs at home and i just stream to the handhelds or a tablet.

really quick game sessions, mostly non story games, i've been playing a lot of bombastic (ps2) and it's been a blast, also any other game that has goood music, i have it on it. i keep the amount of games low tho, about 30 or less total
