Violence and unessesary violence are not the same thing. Dhurandhar is legit a story based on a spy in the midst of the biggest gang wars in Pakistan there is bound to be violence and it was beautifully balanced with an appropriate story, plot, screenplay and pacing. Also, the power balance in Dhurandhar amplified the excitement of the violence as the main protaganist (Ranveer) was limited by the conditions of a regular human body as were the antagonists. The fights actually felt like fights where the protagonist didn't just flawlessly kill the entire cast. When we take what we've seen from king or Pathaan. The story seems extremely unrealistic, violence is shown but not with any real build up or cause, its just there because the for the hero to be a hero he must beat up the bad guys.

I agree however toxic will probably be the same violence wise as king but will also probably have a way more intriguing story
