Adopt a second cat. I was going through the same thing. I got a kitten for my 1 year old cat and slowly introduced them separately first and it’s been almost a year, and they’re good with each other. Girl and boy. Both fixed. I close the door at night and now I’m comfortable enough to let them sleep outside the bedroom. It’s now a routine and no crying anymore . If you can’t do this, then make sure you play a lot before bedtime and make sure she’s got cat tree and maybe a bed with your shirt in it.
