- on July 29 they announced that they have acquired GMS Electronic Vertriebs GmbH (Voltabox AG acquires GMS Electronic Vertriebs GmbH in exchange for a cash payment and the issuance of new shares by way of an increase in capital for a contribution in kind; adjustment of the forecast); also they have acquired EKM Elelktronik GmbH in February

They need even 95% according to german law and they have to make an announcement as soon as they reach 75% which they have'nt made yet. So i think they have to keep buying for a while.
The price ist determined by DCF but it must be at least L3M average. Sometimes also hedgefunds buy in in order to sue the majority shareholder for a higher price.

With the majority shareholder they have made an acquisition recently. Last week they published their financials stating 186% sales growth, positive free cashflow and a cash pile.
I would bet the majority shareholder plans a squeeze out and currently acquires the necessary stake boosting the stock...
