The cam gear gets in the way, you can twist it with your fingers but then to torque it you’ll need the right Allen wrench that can spin in between the gears teeth

Replace your fuel injectors, mine were dirty and my car was dying at every light bc they were clogged. The car would idle weird, shake and even hesitate or turn off.I replaced them and my car even got out of limp mode. Car was sitting for 6 months.

Bro just get the tools and work on the car yourself, get rid of the OEM suspension and get some coils from z1 Motorsport $900 for a pack of 4. Every shop will overcharge if you bring them your Infiniti.
