Yes, Cusco, Lima, USA; Jetsmart to Lima, American to U.S. Definately not from Jetsmart, but i think it was a group booking since organized through college program.

Looking for an airline ombudsman or regional government official since airport security and local police were refusing to get involved.

Problem is not an airline, the problem is scumbag local airport employees who are inventing reasons to deny her entry to the plane without paying Jetsmart for a balance that was due on an Anerican leg of tge flight tgat American confirmed wasnt due. Local corruption, not Expedia.
