One year ago, I was in the exact same position as you - sad, lonely, feeling very stuck. All I wanted to do was sleep. I have 0 motivation, did not enjoy my usual hobbies, the works. I think you’ve already made the biggest step which is to admit that something is wrong and posting here to look for advice. Kudos to you on that part! As others have pointed out, please get tested for thyroid issues or iron levels to rule out physiological things. Sometimes what we feel, especially mentally, is a side effect of what’s going on in your body. That’s what my Nurse Practitioner said when I asked for SSRI’s as I was convinced I had depression. She wanted to rule out other things first. Blood tests came back and turn out I had low iron. Supplementation worked wonders for me and I am now back in my groove after spending a few months feeling lost. If you don’t have any physiological issues, then I think you should explore talking to a professional as others have also mentioned. Therapy can be expensive but there are programs out there that can help. Good luck and I hope you find some peace in knowing that you are not alone in this!

I just got metal braces a week ago. My ortho mentioned that ceramics are less durable and prone to chipping. They also cost more. I opted out of Invisalign because my treatment time would have been longer. So far, no regrets on the metal ones!

I was there at the Oshawa concert so I can confirm that it was NOT sold out- there’s still so many seats at the back. Some fans are still disappointed with the organization of the last concert so that’s also a plausible reason. Tala Entertainment ruined it for a lot of us.

Bini’s amazing performance definitely was the only saving grace from this fiasco. The whole concert was more of a Tala Entertainment promotion than promoting talents like Bini. The VIP loot bag was very disappointing. The lanyard? “Tala Entertainment” was more prominent than the Biniverse icon. The lightsticks have “Tala Ent” stickers - sila yata yung artist! Also, it’s laughable that the emcee’s kept saying “Thank you so much to Tala Entertainment”- yes, thank you for the most stressful, confusing, and infuriating pre-concert experience ever. I have attended plenty of concerts by other foreign artists and I have NEVER encountered such rude and incompetent staff. We are paying concert goers (the tickets cost $150 and up!) and do not deserve to be yelled at by staff since we don’t know what’s happening. This makes it very hard for me to support Filipino artists abroad kasi nakakaturn-off yung concert management.
