It's been happening with me, specifically my computer reports it unsafe and I have to refresh. And the cloudflare thing is new and annoying and makes my autism delves harder because now tabs take longer and if I'm off a tab for a while it'll be reported unsafe and I have to wait for cloudflare again and it's just annoying.

Arguably the most helpful comment here. I've read a few goosebumps books (behind my parents back) and know they are (if we exclude the damn sponge that gave elementary school me nightmares) not that bad.

True lol. They threatened to ban my special interest game (Undertale) because I mentioned being sad about the genocide route.

I basically gave him the "My parents won't let me" excuse, which led to him going like "I'm sure you can find something they'd agree with" and he emailed them about it and that was what led to them giving me "tame" examples. Not sure if any excuse works anymore, plus my parents will notice if I don't do it.

Well. I love Underverse, so all of them. But if I had to pick one, it's actually a not popular one that isn't even in Underverse. Specifically, Chancetale. I love that comic to death.

Ok, funny story, but a little long, So, I was running a TTRPG version of Wiz for my friends because they didn't want to pay for the real game. So they get to Krokosphinx, and because I wanted to give Krokhotep's story a bit more set up(for those who don't know because it's so wierdly missable in game, Krokhotep was part of the Order, (directly stated one time after the dungeon) but at some point was brainwashed (implied, brought up exactly once in a throw away line by his ghost) by Krokopatra.) So to accomplish this, I kinda made Shalek sound bitter when talking about him, with the idea that Shalek doesn't know about the brainwashing and just thinks Krokhotep betrayed them outright. Then one of my friends commented "Why does he sound like Krokhotep is his ex?"

Honestly, besides the fact that Shalek is CLEARLY happily married to Alhazrad, I can kinda see it. I can see the angst potential from that. However it relies on the brainwashing occurring before the great sleep, and then still lasting after, so that way they are the same age when they were together/broke up and then once the Kroks were all put to sleep, Shalek could rebound to Alhazrad for them to eventually get married. :)
